ProWorkflow Blog : Project Management Software Review – ProWorkflow leads the way!

We didn't do the review, we found this online. But it's a bit old now, there's a number of new solutions. PWF has come a long way since this review though.

Not yet. We want to get this release out and bedded in first. It's a big one. We are planning to look at the double tax at some point but it would have held up this release to do it now.

You can't go from Invoice to Project. You can got from Quote to Project or Quote to Invoice, and you can change the title on the invoice to say "Invoice", "Estimate" or anything you like. We aren't adding the templates option just yet.

ProWorkflow Blog 1 : Calendar Page

Hi Sean, We can't constrain the month to one page as the page will be stretched depending on the number of tasks displayed. This doesn't occur when we print it. It sounds like a printer setting? Have you checked your margin settings for the printer? Love to see a scan... Julian

ProWorkflow Blog 1 : Advanced Plan - Custom Fields and Custom Forms

It is a hard balance, usability vs functionality. Commercial viability vs customer ROI. We love hearing customer comments and ideas though, as ultimately we'll be a success if we make a tool that's successful for our customers. Have a great day Paul and get in touch anytime!

ProWorkflow Blog 1 : Advanced Plan - Custom Fields and Custom Forms

Only a very small amount of users would use this, but it complicate the PRO plan which we don't want. We may consider it in the future, but currently there's very little demand, not enough to justify the added complication of using the app and the increased support it would require.

ProWorkflow Blog 1 : Great comment!

You should get into V7 so you get the hang of the system. V8 is pretty similar so you won't have trouble getting around it (quite the opposite). But V8 will be a free upgrade. We're just making sure it's 100% befor putting it on new accounts.
