Now with bad economic times the council has granted the go ahead to look into building this store. Time to do the investigation, reviews, permits, meetings, consultants, fees is estimated to be 26-30 months before they can even break ground. Estimate to build and get the store ready to operate is 6-8 months. Just remember it is not the government's fault that business won't invest in the USA or specifically the green state of kalifornia.
