The judge should have pulled a King Solomon on this one. Order the dog cut in half, then give the dog to the first person to offer to give up rights to save the dog's life. (Without actually harming the dog)

I'd say sex sells better than angels. The really popular vampires and/or their victims all seem to have nice looking, ample bosoms. Christianity is at a disadvantage, we cannot sell angels in skintight corsets and be called anything but hypocritical, yet vampires can wear anything or nothing and get a free pass.

People keep their kids at home to avoid the anti-Christian brainwashing that occurs in public schools. If there is anything more evil than organized religion, it is government organized anything. Perhaps you will reconsider your stance. The children can shine their light many other ways.

I thought Susan made a fair comment. It is confusion to dwell on things specifically forbidden in the Bible then claim fellowship with Jesus. I think this is the underlying reason she feels some hatred towards the Church now, because its membership point out the dichotomy and make her question her own commitment, which she should. When I was 18, I stopped praying because I had an agenda (girls, girls, girls) I thought God would not approve of. It was easier to pursue that agenda that way. Thankfully, the first woman I encountered was very devoted to God and showed me the way back to him. I've been married to her now for 23 years. Hopefully, Anne will continue her search for Jesus.

His Body - the Church does not consist of stone or wood buildings with tall spires and pews within. The Body or Church of Christ is the collective of those souls that truly honor His teaching and place their faith in Him. You seem to imply that Organized Christianity is the Body, a thought that makes me shudder.

Breitbart.com : Federal gay marriage ban is ruled unconstitutional

I fail to see them undermining Life itself. At the very least they are mocking Christianity and other religions that do not promote their practices, and I think that is their Holy Grail. Destruction of the religious institution called marriage would certainly satisfy these people "like those" (as Obama would say).

I think you are right. So I guess that flies in the face of Lawrence v. Texas (2003) decided by the United States Supreme Court. That decision basically invalidated sodomy laws in over a dozen states. Guess we have to put those back on the books. So, you can get married same-sex but no boom-boom in places like Florida and Texas.

Let's legalize murder, stealing, and lying since those are banned in most religions as well. Fail logic.

Wrong. They enroll in U.S. Universities. Attendance is pretty much optional when your father is an oil sheik. I might not disagree with your comment about their universities being better than ours...look at some of the so-called educators in our University system. Sami Amin Al-Arian, William Ayers; these would be the more prominent names, but rest assured there are many more seething under the surface, spreading the message of their hate of America. So yeah, I'd guess the messages are pretty similar.
