There are many issues this incident reveals: one is the media's taking stories out of context and creating sensationalism; another is the lack of accountability people take in regards to these incidents (why can't anyone just say they made a mistake, apologize and move on!); another is the conclusions we all jumped to based on this irresponsible reporting and trust in the media.
