I think that more fact checking by some would he helpful since it is not the mold that is the issue it is environmental things such as hazardous waste and asbestos that cause the places to be unsafe if they aren't falling down from being neglected for 2+ years. If you want to fix one of these houses that you think is so wonderful then buy it and get to work. Stop running around complaining and do something about it. Get a hold of an owner buy the house get your check book out and fix it. I agree that the HPC has lost thier battle with the smoke stack so now is waging a new battle.
