Others reading this might find themselves on the brink of catastrophe in their own animal caretaking efforts. The cost of feed is astronomical. Some livestock and pet owners are finding themselves in dire situations this winter. At our local feedstore,there is a binder completely full of free horse ads. People just can't afford to feed and care for them. I'm glad this guy is being punished, he deserves it.
