Breitbart.com : Obama makes bold reelection prediction

We saw what reform did in the Reagan years when it's not done alongside increased border security. You can't have one without the other President Obama. Stop the drugs and immigrants from coming here, then we can talk about making it easier to get visas. And don't give me any of that 'if it were easier, they wouldn't be here illegally'. There is absolutely no proof of that and as long as we limit who we accept, which we have to do, there will always be people willing to risk coming across.

How far does someone like Bruce have to have his head up his posterior to think 4 years of Obama has been better than 8 years of Bush. He didn't get rid of any of the program liberals hated Bush for, enacted stifling regulation like the health insurance reform act (some call it health care reform, but there is nothing in it that addresses health care costs), did nothing for Guantanamo Bay, Iraq, or Afghanistan but continue the Bush policies. Say what you will about Bush, Obama has just been more of the same and anyone that came out against Bush should be speaking out against Obama. Unless they are a hypocrite....

On a recent weekend in Portal, AZ, I saw signs posted along back country dirt roads warning of illegal smuggling and immigration occurring in the area, and for travelers to be careful. In other words, our government has NOT shut down people coming into this country. I'm not worried about illegal immigrants attacking me, I'm worried about drug smugglers seeing a nice 4WD vehicle with lots of space and deciding that it would make it easier to transport their cargo, and they have automatic weapons (some that the US government even allowed them to buy.) Until the signs can be brought down and I can safely travel through the back roads of southern Arizona, the personal need to stay.

Spot on Stan. Apple is successful for one reason .. they sell overpriced goods that 'look neat'. I watched a guy this weekend that couldn't figure out how to turn on an iPod he borrowed or adjust the volume. Sure they are intuitive, once you figure them out or someone shows you. There were music players long before iPod, mice and windowing operating systems long before Apple, and smartphones long before the iPhone. Samsung sells more Smartphones per month than Apple does, and it's just ONE smartphone supplier. It's only the Apple fanboys that won't acknowledge what mediocre products most Apple products are. Apple products just look pretty and make them look 'cool', that's all they care about.

You do know that people are allowed to have opinions different from yours .. right?? Like how obscene it might be to see an ancient torture device with someone actually nailed to it in public??? Oh .. I forgot. You are a Christian and have a divine right to be the only one with a valid opinion. Here's a thought ... if you don't like a play, don't go. I don't go to your church and spout how moronic and deluded Christians are, so stay out of their theaters.

Breitbart.com : Heaven is a \'fairy story\', says Stephen Hawking

Thank you Stephen for shining a light on the fairytales that put a god in charge of our universe. They won't listen though, they feel it is necessary to believe in their sky fairy in order to live a moral, full, purposeful life. They are too insecure and weak to put aside their superstition and see that this universe needs no god to exist or to be just what it is. I feel so sorry for them, wasting their lives looking to something that doesn't exist. Fortunately, they won't be disappointed when they die since their soul doesn't exist and won't know the difference. So let them live with their ignorance, it gives them hope. I find it quite humerous and telling that they can't accept a universe that doesn't care about them, yet think that in all of it's vastness and in billions of years, with the earth sitting in some insignificant part of an insignificant solar system in an insignificant galaxy, some all powerful being actually would care about them. My .. what egos these religious folk have, to feel they are that important. Besides, you have an edge on god ... we have proof you exist.

I assume this tech will take into account the experience of the rider, 'cuz my '89 Wing can beat some of the sport bikers I ride with through the curves. Experience, the kind of bike, the tires on the bike, and road conditions all determine the speed that a curve can be taken. And when will it tell me this?? I tend to ride into a curve hard and brake hard, will it tell me when I've slowed down enough and to take the curve at that specific point?? All a GPS device can do is tell me it's posted for 40 and I'm running 65 through it. I'll end up turning the damn thing off.

So now we use superstitions to determine what is on identity cards?? What's next, outlawing ladders so no one can walk underneath them and locking up all black cats??? What utter nonsense. Hell, Christians can't even agree what their own Bible says, they have over 40 different versions, and the Mormons even have added to it. Maybe someday all these Christians can get together and decide what a Christian really is and which version is the 'real' bible. Until then, none of them have the right to tell anyone what to do based upon it.

It must be nice for Amnesty International .. they have no responsibilities to anyone, they just get to spout off and tell people what to do and think that people actually care what they say. Maybe someday they will start to care about the victims of crimes instead of the criminals. I say go for it ... it's time to let criminals know that war is being declared upon them. I say paralyze him, and then feed him just enough to keep him alive while leaving food and water within sight. Make sure his vocal cords work, so his screams of anguish can be broadcast throughout the world to show others what being a criminal is really about. Torture?? Hope so. Being punished isn't supposed to be pleasant. Otherwise, it wouldn't be punishment.

Breitbart.com : Family asked to pay for car damage after dog run over

I have been a State Farm customer for 30 years, and will continue to do so. State Farm is correct .. unless there was something the car driver could have done to avoid hitting the dog, the owner of the dog is responsible for the damages. State Farm is doing what it is supposed to do, get the car fixed, then go after the person responsible for it. If the owner of the car didn't have insurance, he would have every right to sue the dog's owner to get his car fixed. Since State Farm paid for getting the car fixed, they have every right to get their money back. Or have people forgotten that insurance money doesn't grow on trees ... everyone pays into it in the hope they never have to use it. But if they do, it's there. The fewer people that use insurance, the lower the premiums. Yes .. it really does work that way no matter what the cynics say.

Breitbart.com : Pope decries abortion, same-sex marriage at Fatima

Fine my me .. I'm a libertarian, and PROUDLY live in Arizona. I believe that people and government should mind their own business and not tell others what to believe in. I don't mind debating it, a healthy debate is good. Know what the first motto an any US coin was?? Mind your business (submitted by Ben Franklin.) But in this matter, it's still just the Pope's opinion. And his opinion is not more worthy than any other PERSON. Including yours or mine. If you add more weight to his opinion, then that is your choice. No one has the right to force his opinions upon me. I personally find homosexual sex disgusting, but I have a few friends who don't and I care about them more than some Christians I know because hey are far more moral. Go figure.....it looks like it isn't necessary to follow the pope to have morals. Just to have the morals HE thinks are right.

Since no government in the world uses the bible as it's basis for laws, your quotes are meaningless.
Then I guess Catholics shouldn't do any of those things.
There are racists of every color. Ironic ... isn't it. I know a white guy stopped by police in his own Hispanic neighborhood and asked if he was buying drugs, yet that didn't make it to the evening news (actually .. he is a light skinned Spaniard). I was told by a black friend many years to not come to his house, that he would meet me somewhere first and drive there in his car. It was for my own safety he told me, that as long as I was with him, it was OK for me to be there. And of course, I know many white people that I don't even like to be around because they start to talk about 'those people'. Who are 'those people'?
