This person endangered many lives today and has broken federal laws, his irresponsibility and lack of common sense got him here, it would be idiotic for anyone who saw him to take any special consideration before turning him in. If he never stopped to ask himself if he was doing right by driving with a suspended license. As his friend you should care for his well being but also consider someone could have been killed. He may be a good person but a stupid one none-the-less and deserves to be put in Jail.

I live on post too and didn't hear any one on loudspeaker... I hope that they capture this person and that post finds a better way to notify residents of things like this in the future, be it by contacting FRG and sending out emails or setting up something like an amber alert on a local channel.
