<description>I do think Twitter has done a good job of simplifying the interface on their site. And of course they OWN Tweetdeck. But I still think Twitter suffers from a &amp;quot;what are we going to do with this now&amp;quot; issue. Small businesses simply can&amp;#039;t get the value proposition, unless, of course they are couponing.
