Let's look to the future. Of course, looking back would disprove your statements. Economists say everyone does better when Democrats are in office. Other than Paul Krugman, can you name one? In the last six years 95% of the wealth has gone to the top one percent while the middle class has lost 1/3 of it's net worth. And fear is your only weapon. Roe v Wade isn't going to change (Roberts has said as much) and Obama isn't going to nominate a conservative to the bench. If you want to fear something, how about people finding out the truth? The Left's ideas don't work and we are bankrupt as a result. Of course, big government Republicans like the Bushes didn't solve the problem.

When you live in the theoretical, reality such a bitch. I hope the mid-term doesn't send you over the edge.

Weld County including Greeley has experienced zero water contamination. Besides Greeley uses no ground water, owns half of Lake Loveland, half of Boyd Lake, a big share of Horsetooth Resevior and is building a five foot diameter pipe from Poudre Canyon. Boulder will be begging to buy water from Greeley at some point. No city west of the Mississippi has more water than Greeley. The sky isn't falling.

I'm from Greeley where fracking isn't a dirty word, nor a problem. We don't increase taxes. In fact after ten years of not increasing taxes this year they are being lowered. Oil companies pay 65% of the property taxes. The county has a $50,000,000 surplus this year and will be $150,000,000 next year. Greeley is flush as well. So, we just pay cash for everything. We have zero debt, $100,000,000 in the bank and no ballot issues asking for money. Oh yes, housing cost is also 50% of Boulder. But Greeley smells funny. Yes, it's the smell of money. I can see why people in Boulder don't like it.

The media is a problem. Channel 9 chases Jones from the airport, the Denver Post blasts a lie which immediately goes viral and Jones has a short fuse. You think they want your advice? If I'm Bohn or Solich I go underground.

He sounds perfect to me. Of course, after the past few years a lot of guys would look good.

I have three questions for Jon;
1) If a white coach had no prior experience as a head coach or coordinator would he have been hired?
2) Can't you take responsibility for not only a 1-11 record, but getting out scored 552-176?
3) The stadium started out half empty at the start of games and half of those left at halftime. Don't you accept any responsibility for that? That didn't happen to Hawkins.

John, you've got it backwards. You were hired because you're black (and a loyal Buff). A white guy would not have been hired with your resume. You got fired, because you got beat this year 552-176. Half the stadium was empty, because this was the most humiliating season in school history.

Undefeated and tied for first. Never a doubt in my mind.
