Does he mean what capitalism has become? That is a system where all but the largest banks and enterprises are cast adrift if they fail to manage in a sustainable fashion, but the largest banks and enterprises can run any risk and then expect to be bailed out by their friends in government if these insane gambles go bad. Of course, the bill is piled on the back of the average tax payer and their children and their children's children and their children's children's children ad infinitum. This is what "capitalism" has become. When GM and GE can go under as easily as the flower shop down the street, then we will have true capitalism.

We are there again; check solar activity stats for the current cycle 24 and predictions for 25 and 26. The fact is short, mid and long term solar irradiance and magnetic variations are utterly predictable.
