you said it very well. I am considered low income. Frig is over 30 yrs old and making noises. Can't get online or thru phone line.

I have ben trying since 8 AM both online and by phone to register for this to no avail. Sounds like very poor planning on the part of the State that they didn't prepare for the volume of responses they are getting. :(
Experiment
