The kid needs to learn to stay out of arms reach if he wants to make a career out of gotcha reporting. Starting an impromptu interview with who you are and who you represent is also generally considered a good idea. But, after all, the congressman was not a Republican so there was nearly no chance the young man would be assaulted sexually, so that's some good luck.
