To this date, he has not provided a notarized/stamped BIRTH CERTIFICATE. He has provided digital reproductions of a Certificate of Birth or Birth Record, which Hawaii gives out like candy and simply states he was BORN.....sort of difficult to disprove since he walks on the planet. The 'documents' that he has provided to date would not even allow a child to register for soccer with USYSA, the largest US national youth soccer association, yet this is acceptable as proof that he is a natural born citizen.....hardly!! I just hope that when they reveal the truth, we can repeal all legislation that he has signed thus far

The core of the problem is actually the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. However, we should all take immediate action to reduce federal revenues, as that seems to be the only thing Washington understands. As for the tax code, one sentence will do: National, State, and Local Sales taxes paid at the register on all goods and services without exception.....

CALL TO ACTION #3: If you are not already a member of a Credit Union and are still 'banking' with a traditional bank, you need to change the folks with whom you do business. The Bailout Banks are now in the process of using YOUR money to gobble up the good banks that survived the recent crisis, supposedly to bolster their good vs bad debt ratio, but truthfully to eventually have ALL government controlled banks. Banks make decisions based on what's best for their investors, while Credit Unions protect the interests of their members. Extend payment terms to your customers that allow them to defer a portion of your revenue until the 4th quarter of 2009. While this will limit your cash flow, it will also reduce your tax burden with quarterly filings as you'll not appear as profitable. The gov't can't dictate the payment terms you extend to your customers. Part2. When you receive you 4th quarter windfall, do not file your 4th quarter taxes until 4/15/2010. If you're a Notre Dame fan or financial supporter, and are appalled that the "Baby Killer" is going to address the graduates at commencement this year, then I encourage you to write to their office of "Annual Giving and Donor Administration" (Michael.C.Brach.8@nd.edu) and let them know how you feel. What could these people have been thinking when they invited him? He's damn near the AntiChrist, and according to IndyStar.com they're "giving a platform to a politician whose record on abortion and stem cell research clashes with core church teachings about human life". Absolutely absurd.....must have been some huge payola going on there.....No sooner do we seem to get beyond the lawsuits and oustings of all the pedophiles, and the Bludgeoner is making an appearance at one of the focal points of our Church.....if he shows up at Catholic University in DC, that'll be the 2nd sign of the end of the world!

Tonight we're SUPPOSED to observe Earth Hour by reducing electrical consumption. Well.....I'm gonna turn everything on and watch that meter turn so fast the house shakes!! I might even light a burn pile in the back yard to contribute to "global warming", crank up the radio to add a bit of noise pollution, fire off a few guns, smoke a tube in the hottub, and drink until I drown myself!! Mimimize your tax burden by making contributions to the Not-For-Profit organization of YOUR choice. The single biggest impact that we have collectively is to "Stop Feeding This Pig". Every dollar that you contribute to a private NFP is $.17 less that the government receives....why do you think they've started talking about taxing charitable contributions? Each of us should claim the maximum deductions (9 or more) in order to have the maximum take home pay, then redirect the excess to an NFP that supports the 9-12 Principles and Values. Additionally, this will directly reduce the amount of cash flow to the government, and might also encourage them to stop funding NFP programs that you don't approve. Try it, you might like it.....Write, Meet, Vote (but only once in each election cycle).....

Abolish the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. Our Treasury is a farce, and now the "bad" banks that we bailed out are using our money to buyout the "good" banks that survived based on following best practices. This will ultimately lead to the "bad" banks (which the Fed now owns a majority stake in) becoming nationalized and owned by the Fed Rsv....tooooooooooo scary......also, how do you feel about borrowing your money from the banks that you bailed out and being charged interest....IF YOU CAN GET A LOAN!!! When do we become Chinese? In business, often a 25% shareholder has enough clout to influence the direction of a corporation, regardless of his expertise and knowledge of the dynamics of the business. At our current rate of spending and borrowing, perhaps we already are Chinese, but nobody told you! When our gov't can't curb the flow of Chinese goods that are substandard or refuses to take a position to meet minimum standards....When the Treasury Sect'y is "open" to the Chinese proposal for a new world currency tanking the dollar.....When unlimited numbers of US jobs are outsourced to a "more competitive" Chinese/Asian market with no opposition....do you think we might be Chinese? Or, how about when the Chinese stop buying our Treasury Bonds and then dictate the premium interest rate for them to continue buying, do you think that's the time we might all be Chinese? Also, do you know that it's illegal for Chinese citizens to own firearms? I wonder how that will work?....

Term Limits on Senators & Congressmen are so long overdue, but do you think these career criminals are going to impose that on themselves? "Out with the old, in with the new" should be the position we take with EVERY elected official until the majority of our legislators consider serving the public a privilege on a short-term basis, as opposed to a never-ending career of corruption. You need only look to PA and Arlen Specter's demise to see a glimmer of hope. The early polling shows that RINOs will become extinct (unless Congress considers them a protected species) and we need to send a few token Dems with them. When you have the opportunity to place signage of your property in support of the underdog who has good intentions and supports the 9/12 principles & values, tell him to put 20 signs out there! When your neighborhhood association cites you for excessive lawn polution, tell them it's called freedom of expression & speech, then add more signs! Voting Reform is not Rocket Science. Is it too much to ask that a Voter has a basic understanding of US Govt? Is it too much to require that voters are US Citizens? At minimum, voters should have to present a Diploma/GED to register and/or proof of citizenship. If you can't present identification, take a hike! As the country is overrun with illegal immigrants, the public school system becomes less efficient ,and the gang mentality consumes the inner city, is it any wonder that voters will lean more heavily toward an entitlement-based goverment? We can't sustain this bailout, stimulus, entitlement gov't, and your voting voice is becoming less prominent as the Libs/Left allow a flood of illegals, dependents, and uneducated voters to steer this ship. National, State and Local Sales taxes are the salvation of our economy yet Congress & Liberal Media never support the concept. Is the underground drug and labor money not good enough to tax? Will illegal immigrants stop coming here if they had to pay into programs they constantly take advantage of? Or, is it that lobbying would become non-existent and special interests couldn't exert influence over Legislators? Look what "the Arnold" has done to CA in a few short years, and multiply that by 50....that's the America this administration envisions! Write your elected officials and ask them why they never consider Fair/Flat Tax Programs. Write, Meet, and Vote until they are compelled to adopt this philosophy. Additionally, many sales tax exemptions are obsolete or inconsistent...why is fast food in the store taxed but the drive thru is not?....how about no taxes on clothing (necessities) that include designer jeans and Armani suits?....what about not-for-profits not paying taxes on services/goods, but the for-profit providers must pay? Obsolete, disfunctional, directed, and burdensome taxation on the job creators is not the way a capitalist economoy thirves!.....

Are you a business owner tired of funneling your hard earned money to support a government that ignores your voice? It seems we need to become the "squeaky wheel" so that we are heard again. I would encourage all business owners to limit the amount of taxes they pay for the next several months by adopting the following practices, since we all know that money talks! The government can not control the payment terms that businesses extend to their customers. American business owners should extend terms to their customers which push their profits into the last quarter of the fiscal year, thus avoiding excessive taxation thru December 2009. Determine the amount of revenue required to meet your immediate demands (payroll, taxes, operating expenses, benefits, etc) and allow your customers to retain their funds until the end of the last quarter. If small businesses united under this plan, we would represent several hundred billion dollars of delayed tax payments that do not find their way to the gov't for the next 10-12 months......money does talk!
