Running from the cops is wrong. A cop addresses you, you don't fucking run. When you run you present yourself as a threat. The cop chased him down, the guy stopped right as he saw he could run no more, and the impaired him from the possibility of an attack. That cop did everything right in that case.

Unfortunately the guy choose to run, and he was not even the guy they were actively looking for. His mistake, and the outcome is awful for everyone involved.

Someone tried doing this to me when I was in school; they made a fake email account in my name and threatened a teacher. FBI came to the school and interrogated me. I knew nothing of it of course but a week later they had the kid.

So my point is that unless you really careful just creating an account in someones name is not going to work. We can also assume that John Henry would be able to defend himself; either by showing his actual facebook page or some other means.
