Bring back the CCC program sounds great, but Max will not like that idea. This man has become extremely comfortable lazily lofting about Boulder. Stop enabling these people he always says. Sounds like a plan let start with you. Mr. Weller is just like the many of the homeless he puts down. He has many excuses why he can't work, but brags about how much money he made flyin a sign. I worked my way back on to my feet by working two Mcjobs. I worked at a McDonalds with a 89 yr old man with two artificial knees and two artificial hips He worked 25 hour a week. WHY because he wanted to feel alive and get out of the house. I also worked with a young homeless man who had Spina bifida. He would sit in a special set in the drive thru and take money from people. Sadly both have passed. I've seen several folks worse off than you achieve some great things in life. So don't whine about your bad foot and hip Max. You seem to get around town just fine when you have to, but then again fast food does not pay what you can make begging.

Mr.Weller has many problems he does not want to admit to himself or get help with said problems. He is a narcissist. Plus he has never has learned one of life biggest lessons. Mind your own business and do not speak of or concern yourself with others affairs. Secondly, he is just like the many of the homeless he puts down.
