<description>First of all how is a company illegally taking someone&amp;#039;s calls? Is it illegal for a person to choose what company they want to ride with? Im not sure who your source that worked for a shuttle service is but obviously they should do a little more homework regarding who companies can or cannot take. As long as a shuttle service pays the city fees they can take anyone. Also a van that has elderly, disabled, or children just proves that the company first of all has the insurance required for medical transportation and its probably better insurance than a taxi would have.  </description>
