Public goods such as education, and safety should be saved. Most other programs should be cut, so that the money can go back to the people and companies that actually earned it. That way they can continue to develop new ideas and projects that people actually demand, which will lead to a better society for those that are actually willing to work for it and not for those that want to sit on the sideline and criticize.
