Thank you very much for the compliment, I really appreciate it. Good luck with your new website. I did block the URL, however, because of the nature of the website. 95% of the time, BitTorrents are used for illegal purposes, and that percentage is even higher for games. In any event, good luck, and let's hope everything stays legal.

Jeremy Buff's Conservative Blog : SPENDulus Bill A Travesty

I feel the work has been productive by Collins and Snowe, but the picture is so much larger- especially beyond this bill. I don't care if a senator is republican or democrat, it is an utter embarrassment to ME, an American citizen, that we are being fooled so badly with this, any many other, bills. Not voting on spending is fundamentally undemocratic, and I want every bit of it to cease. I would most certainly like to see programs being cut, and some "on the edge" programs, such as faith based programs, are definitely in jeopardy. However, as history has shown, people flock to faith based organizations for help and guidance in times of economic stress- is cutting these programs going to do harm? I believe there is a high likelihood of that, so I hope those options are weight carefully. I agree with you about the first programs to be cut, and many of them will be from the GWBush era. However, judging on Obama's all-out push for this pork laden spending bill, I am worried that many spending programs- or programs with unnecessary spending infused into them- will not be cut. Thanks for the comment!

Jeremy Buff's Conservative Blog : Obama's Blatant Hypocrisy

Overall, I believe that we agree that we need to be very careful with our resources and pass legislation to increase awareness and energy efficiency. I also believe that our fossil fuels are rapidly declining, and I am not satisfied with other current technologies. With that said, I still do not believe in man made global warming, but the steps that those fearing man made global warming want to put into place will ultimately help the earth- so I am not "against" protecting Mother Nature. I just disagree with the fear factor about it all, and the absence of proof is a major hurdle. Now, one subject that Obama has utterly failed on, which you mentioned about, is the stimulus. Obama has employed scare tactics.. "pass it now or we may never recover!", etc. The good about the stimulus is covered up by inexcusable wasteful spending. Have you checked this thing out? $350,000,000 for birth control? Cash for ILLEGALS? Health insurance for already insured children? What the heck is going on? This is not an economic stimulus bill, it is a spending bill. Sure, that klutz Barney Frank said you must spend to fix the economy, and yes that is true, but one thing he forgets is you must spend in ways which will stimulate the economy. I like the idea of earnings caps on those executives whose companies are bailed out, but I will never ever agree on the government capping the earnings of CEOs. I believe that regulations should be in place to put pressure on corporations against wasteful spending- high CEO payouts is wasteful. However, limiting the income of a CEO is not what I view American, and the government has no place doing that. It should be achieved in a better way. As far as your accomplishments of GWB question, here is a nice listing of some of them: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1066122/...Now, I believe a better question would be, do you really think GBW had no accomplishments at all? Sure, the media painted him as a failure, but did you see beyond that? I mean, no terrorists attacks is a good thing... right?

Have you considered the chance your missing something that's not so "complex" in my postings? Secondly, your little spoof about "anyone can get a study to prove anything" was a nice attempt to discredit any response, but the fact is major figures in the field have denounced this man made global warming fad. From the founder of the Weather Channel to leaders of various countries, thousands of scientists, and more have all said it's a big hoax. Believe what you want, for I will not bad mouth you for your efforts- protecting the earth is very noble. I just don't agree with the fear tactics and lies with the whole thing. I do, however, strongly believe we need to implement practices to better protect nature. Thirdly, you seem to fail to realize that one does not have to be an "expert" in the field to speak about it? I'm sure all you liberals would love for conservatives to not speak up- as far too many have been doing- but that's not how I go about things. I 'know what I know', and you better damn well bet I am knowledgeably speaking of global warming. I don't even know why I am debating this with you, our nation has far greater problems than the earth's temperatures slightly rising. I agree that Obama is human and will make mistakes, but did you apply this same mentality to George W. Bush? Don't get me wrong, I am certainly no fan of W- he did a lot of hard to our country, certainly was not a model republican, and was most definitely was a political sellout (think free market system). Credit is seriously over applied to Obama, and seriously under applied to Bush. So far, Obama hasn't done anything notable. Granted, it is still way early on, but the backtracking and "slow down on the change thing" is getting old. Expect for his poll numbers to fall even more over the next months. I love how the American people pushed Obama up on such a peditstool- one any politician would have trouble managing. However, in this case, there has been absolutely zero reason to put faith in this man, besides words and a cult following. Empty suit, so far. I do wish him the best, though. Our country needs it, and that's something I hope we both can agree on.

Jeremy Buff's Conservative Blog : Obama's Blatant Hypocrisy

Matt, thanks for the comment. First off, I don't care how many employees or visitors are there, the bottom line is that Barack Obama is being hypocritical and keeping the thermostat much warmer than previous presidents is one thing, but the fact that he preached to America on turning it down and sacrificing comfort and then goes and turns it up... that's wrong. Secondly, I never claimed that I was "saving the planet", and if you took it as I meant that, then I am sorry. I was simply attempting to make a point that I- a "republican who doesn't care about the earth because I believe global warming is a lie"- am looking out for Mother nature. Visitors and staff alike have all complained of the heat. Sure, Mr. President can just sit around, but the staff has physical labor to do, so they'd the ones "suffering" the most. David Axelrod said that the temperature increase is due to the fact that "Obama is from Hawaii"... but he lived in Chicago for around 20 years- a MUCH colder environment. Clearly, Axelrod's statement is a bunch of BS. The next thing I would like to say is that your harsh remarks are not welcome here. There is no reason to sit there and get dirty, claiming that I do know about politics, and so on. Have you ever considered the fact that there are other people out there who do not agree with you? You are taking this blog posting in a way which it was not meant. Did you even read the first sentence? "I am not big on global warming". That should tell you that I do not play into the whole global warming game, so your remarks should not have been formed the way they were, acting as if I were attempting to be some big eco-head. By the way, send me proof of man made global warming and I'll be happy to accept it. My final remark is that I hope you start to get a little common sense, stop following The Great One and be a little critical of him. Think of all the gaffes he has made so far- from 3 huge errors deal with appointments to his global warming hooplah. How about you listen to a little of my "hollow verbiage", because there is a lot here that you are flat out missing.

ConstitutionWatch.org : Did Barack Obama Commit A Felony?

Linda, thank you very much for your comment. Barack Obama must be a natural born citizen (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natural-born_citizen...to be Constitutionally eligible for Office. There are so many questions are intricacies related to this investigation that we can understand why there is so much confusion out there. Many people have dismissed the facts (facts, not claims) listed in this article and the immediate threat alert we issued (http://constitutionwatch.org/Web/archives/alert-c...but there has not been any solid evidence that any realistic claims are false. His grandmother in Kenya told an author/reporter, Jerome Corsi, associated with one of our affiliates, that she witnessed his birth in Kenya. Details like these should not be ignored, for these are crucial to the investigation. Your feelings that the American people are being scammed are the exact feelings that millions of Americans are feeling across our country. Whether or not the accusations are true or not, the bottom line is that answers are not out there, the American people simply do not know- and we cannot stand for that. We have a right to know, and our rights shall NOT be defied. We sincerely hope that Barack Obama is eligible for office- if he is not, widespread chaos is imminent. We will continue to report on this issue.

Scott,

In regards to your comment, we are investigating a New York Times claim that the Bible was not used at the second swearing in. If so, then Barack Obama has not been officially sworn in yet- a word was left out the first time, and the Bible was supposedly not used the second time. We are investigating..

Jeremy Buff's Conservative Blog : Obama Makes Me Sick

He can still do a great job? Please explain to me how. He has no record of a "great job"- hell, the man hardly has ANY record. Oh, except for a long list of hanging out with terrorists and radicals. Just the other day he appointed a Muslim to pray during the festivities... well, guess what? The Muslim was the leader of a group connected to terrorism! Give me a damn break. "Every president will be new at being President"...... um, yes.. that's true- but prior experience is what's needed. Did you think I expect every President to watch hours and hours of "How To Be A President" videos?

Anyway, Alex, it's not negativity, it's resistance to Obama, his policies, and the raping of America that he is committing. Are you the type of person to sit back and let someone bully you around, erase the morals of your country, destroy American industries, arrogantly mock Abraham Lincoln, burn the Constitution, and more? Sorry, but I don't play that game. I love my country and will not stand by and let Obama's literalistic view of the world change My America for the worse.
