Breitbart.com : Utah, Hawaii, Wyoming top \'happiness\' poll

Funny. If you run the filter on this happiness report for "race:White" West Virginia moves to the top level. Under "race:Black or African American" West Virginia is at the second lowest level. According to Wikipedia West Virginia's Black population makes up less than 4% of the state's population. Under the filter for "Origin:Hispanic" West Virgina comes in the bottom level. According to Wikipedia the Hispanic population in West Virgina is less than 1% of the total population. How can this survey be accurate when a state comes in dead last with over 95% of the population scoring it at the top level, 4% scoring it at the second to bottom level, and 1% scoring it at the bottom level? Did the "Lets Manipulate the Numbers to Bash West Virginia Council" pay for this survey?
