Ok, none of the above, not family, company co-worker or a close family friend. Yet, you know about his cell phone issues, dead battery, car charger left at home, how the company works, their truck setups computer system and him personally. I don't recall saying anything bad about the person, no name calling or any of that. If, I remember I have been asking questions that some take for being heartless. It's nothing personal against the man himself or his family. He may be a great guy, goes to church and all that. But don’t you think we are entitled to all information involved with this? Would you not want to know, good, bad or indifferent, anything pertinent or relevant to this so you can put your own mind to rest? If it were your child, would you not want to know, would you take someone else's word for face value? Don’t take my curiosity for delusions that my nephew could not have been completely at fault but just the chance to review all information and make an enlightened decision.
I know the driver didn’t mean for Gregg to die but it happen, it’s not like he had a gun and was out to kill someone. I do feel for his family, each time they look at him they will wonder, if? No I wasn’t there; I’ve seen my share of wrecks and bodies. I’ve seen people than hurt so bad they could not breathe for what they had seen or caused. Yes, I do know the loss. We just want to know the entire truth. If it was completely my nephews fault then that is how it is, if not we deserve to know what really happened.
Professional? Being directly or in directly responsible for the death of another human is something you never really get over, even if it’s in self defense. If he is pure as the new snow and there was absolutely nothing he could have done to avoid the accident what-so-ever, then it is just that, an accident. Hold your head up and learn from it, never let it happen again. If there are any skeletons in the closet, any withheld or wrong information that has been give or untold, it will haunt him forever. The truth is sometimes inconvenient, at times it hurts and the consequences hard to sometimes live with but at least you will be able to sleep at night.

I mean you said you were there (just after it happened), it took the Troopers over 6 hours to tell the family what had happened even with Greggs friend in the car. You also told us the company didn't give him a company cell. Everytime I've bought from Schwan's I called and they had the local driver come right out. If not by cell then how do the contact the drivers? I didn't know. You're not the witness, you have experience in Schwans inner workings and close enough to know personnal information? You didn't answer my humble question; are you the female witness listed on the report to know what you say you do? Were you in the truck or following the truck? Because Schwan's drivers are not supposed to have passengers in the truck with them could be part of this, I don't know. Please explain yourself on this one; "that you or your family can get something out of this." What I want is for this to never happen to anyone else, for Schwan’s to update their safety requirements as to speed, equipment and driver training. At least you say what some others are thinking, but no, it's about safety. I believe Schwan’s will not want this to go to court and try to keep the family quite just like they have witnesses so far. Is your friend still suspended from driving at work? That’s normal after an accident while working, I do hope he is ok. I heard he wouldn't go to the hospital that night for any treatment or to be checked over?
Sounds like you know a great deal about the inside operations of the Schwan company. Almost sounds like you know they have deleted the information? Again, Are you the female witness listed on the report?
Just a question. Are you the passenger riding in the Schwann’s truck that night? Are you the one on the police report as the witness?

You know a lot of times the officer just wants to see or meet the lady driving the car. It wouldn't the first time a love connection was made by pulling a lady over and claiming something was wrong. It's a good thing you waited until you felt safe to pull over. There are fake cops out there.
