OK folks, I'm going to post this every day until I get some serious feedback. I just watched Glenn on T-Vo and he was screaming about the progressives shredding the Constitution. He was wondering how they get away with it. The answer is THEY CAN! IT IS TOTALLY LEGAL!!! I agree, but during a declared national state of emergency, the Constitution is shelved, and the President picks up an awesome amount of power. That is what F.D.R. did in 1933 and we have never come out of this state of emergency because only the president can do it.

Hello sports fans!!!! I keep hearing people ask how the federal government can so obviously break the Constitution. It will surprise you to know that we are no longer goverened by the Constitution. Hello, is there anybody out there? Our Constitution holds no legal standing in our country. In 1933, FDR proclaimed a National State of Emergency that shelved the Constitution, and that is where it remains. Is there anyone out there wondering how the federal government is getting around the Constitution? The truth is, we have not been governed by the Constitution since 1933. I just got done watching the Glenn Beck Special on TVO. Everyone kept saying that the federal Government is shredding the Constitution. The truth is that we have not been governed by the Constitution since 1933. This is not a matter of opinion, this is a matter of fact. Legally speaking, the Constitution was put on a shelf and we have been under a "National State of Emergency" since then. This gives the President powers that are not given in the Constitution. It takes a while to read all the info., but it is worth it. The court case that Glenn was talking about with the farmer growing wheat is tied into this.
