and how are you going to do that? beat them with your bible? cast holy water over them? what will be the back up when you start shooting at you? pray to god? because god can't help you now he can only judge you when you go to meet him on judgement day so we have to judge them here and now according to the rule and law of the country and if you don't have toughter laws you get anarchy.

First of all I don't have to lie about my knowledge i didn't buy my qualifaction from some second rate university like some people getting degrees from the University of Trinidad and Tobago what a laugh. My university record is open knowledge and there is now way to fake it. you you know that person was a fake why didn't you tell your employer's or was it you had fake qualifactions as well or got your job because of some friend or family member so you kept quiet. frankly i don't need trinidad dollars it worthless to me i work for Australian dollars and i have a good state government job here that pays me will and i can take time off with pay so i don't need the government to pay me a cent considering i earn around TT$324,261 pre tax. So Mrs Clady if you are really a lady and not a lady man as they have in Thailand my family is safe and well because i can afford to buy them security but i care about everyone in trinidad not just my family

Infringed on human right?????? do you know what that actually mean??? where is the human right to the victim of serious crimes eg the one who get in the cross fire of all these gang war, or to the mothers who have to view their children, husbands, cousin , aunts uncle bodies on a slab in a morgue? where is the human right to live in a peaceful environment free from abuse, the human right to the people who are kicked out of their apartments by gang members. Stop talking stupidiness the last time i look none of these law infringed any human rights, and i should know u studied it as part of my degree and i used to lecture and tutor it at my old university. My i suggest that you go read the Universal Declaration on Human Right, then read the Right of Man written in 1791 by Thoman Paine, then come back and start a valid argument or suggestion to the problem because quoting Infringing Human right without know which article it going to infringed show that you have no concept of the problem, scope nor the indept knowledge to mount a challenge to my suggestions.

Funny enough we talk about emincipation but we have to run to a bunch of white men who lives in a foreign land and it total devoided of Trinidad to make a decision, You have the Carribbean Court of Justice that is set up and ready to hear cases that should be the highest court in the land. maybe we should export the criminal to the UK and only then they will cut that court string and run like hell.

Not really i was going to work with the government for free i can take time out here from my work and get paid for it it was my own money and i will be staying with my family while i work in Trinidad. They considered me an outsider funny enough I grew up on Nelson Street and Prizgar lands in the 70'-80's, went to Betheleham Boys RC school, one grandfather help built most of the houses in most part of Trinidad especially in Glencoe and while the other one was well know in the TT Telephone Company, half of the killing on nelson street i grew up with these kids parents and grand parents. and kamla thinks i'm an outsider what i want to do is make trinidad safe again too much killing and all they do is sit on their hands and let them kill each other hoping they will stop when the last one fall.

Well here are a few list of legislations that i suggested when Manning was PM and then to Kamla when she visited Perth for the Commonwealth conference.
1. Adopt a Criminal Code - law is easy to read and it not based on common law and it have elements of different crimes to make clear cut convictions.
2. New and tougher Bail Act
3. Evidence Act this will entailed adding DNA and other forensic testing to the legislation.
4 Criminal Confiscation Act- seizing all proceed of crimes that will include to family that life off the proceeds of these criminal activities.
5. Police Powers and Responsibility Act
6 Disband all apeals to the Privy Council on all matters.
7 Set up fingerprinting and photographing of all people entering the country plus setting up a Caribbean police database that will restrict the movement from one country to another for criminal.

MeanGene you are a fine example as to what parenting should be and your children are going to thank and praise you long after you are gone because you too the time to show that you care. I grew up on Nelson Street and Prizgar Lands back in the 70'- early 80's and I know what would happen to me if I step out of line.Today i'm a lawyer/social worker/ criminologist i don't drink, smoke nor do drugs. Today some parent are getting younger and younger as they are mere children and parenting is a throw away rag. What we need in Trinidad is to go back to the old style parenting spare the rod and spoild the child. I have a rule in my house there is no privacy under my roof and i bring you into this world you make me shame or step out of line i will take you out and no Court in the land would convict me.
