We need to enact tort reform and "loser pays" system in our civil courts. This would reduce the burden on the justice system but eliminating bogus lawsuits, take away some of the "law by fiat" that comes with these unjust precidents layed down by judges, lower insurance premiums which in turn will lower the cost of healthcare and other services the Government trys to elbow their way into.
