Interns are young, naive impressionable people. It is predatory for a person in office to take advantage of an intern. There is a moral ethics issue with this. INTERNS ARE OFF LIMITS. The US Senate & Congress and hopefully, Oregon goverments have ethics rules specifically to protect young people from being taken advantage of by members of office.
