Of course, Endy's catch is immortalized at the Left Field entrance to the ballpark. Ron Swoboda's catch is immortalized at the Right field entrance... But those types of things get lost on people I guess...

MetsBlog.com : Note: 100 Men Left on Base

Right... Schneider will be back... But I think that I love having the Right/Left deal... I think that Murphy can hit lefties and righties... So I have no issues with 2 lefties back to back... I like the first 3 hitters being switch hitters as well... This is esentially how the top 5 were in 2006, with Beltran/Delgrado/Wright. I think the team was better this way...

The lineup needs to be tweaked. K-vid Wright needs to drop to 5th to take some heat off him. Carlos Beltran needs to be in the 3 hole, just like in 2006. Reyes Castillo Beltran Delgado Wright Church Murphy (Can hit lefties and righties) Santos (who has proven more than 1+ yrs. od Schneider in 2 games) P To me, this is a better, more balanced lineup.

Dude... Come on... All new ballparks are closer to the lines... It brings you closer... It's a better seat... As for the ways out... There are the LF ramps (which are not crowded)... There are plenty of stairways out... Everyone is exiting via the same way right now because everyone does not realize better yet...

I don't because I went from Season Tix in Upper Box to Prom Reserve Infield and I AM closer to the game than I was at Shea... The seat is a heck of a lot better than what I had last year.

At Shea? Incorrect. The Upper Deck Reserved was $5 for value games only... The most expensive price for the Upper Reserved last season was $35. The corners were NEVER reduced in price.

Every new ballpark has issues with blind spots down the lines or, if there are OF tiers, losing the field. It's simple geometry.
