It is possible to preserve your baseband for unlock , but the problem is ultrasn0w is not yet compatible with 5.0.1

sadly the newer redsn0w isnt out for windows yet , and sn0wbreeze's custom firmwire still gives me no service :(

Just installed the custom firmware and did the steps above , still no service , maybe we need to wait till redsn0w 9.9b5 come out for windows ,

m1batt1, i have done this plenty of times but it wouldn't work. I need a way to get he no bb ios 5 he was talking about
