It has taken several years of me constantly reminding myself to learn how to relax. And finally, at this point in my life, the reconditioning is taking full effect. I now know what its like for my normal state to be relaxed and calm. Before, when I had a severe problem with tension and anxiety (as well as difficulty breathing), I was hard pressed to even find any points of reference for relaxation and peace in my body and mind. I had the seemingly impossible task of reversing my condition without even being able to imagine being on the healthy side of it. It wasn't easy and the only reason I became successful at it was through determined persistence. And whenever I achieved even the tiniest inkling of relaxation I built on it as much as I could until I'm finally where I am today. Now I enjoy peace and harmony within. And if I ever get out of harmony I can easily get back on track. I can now breath deeply and easily, relax my body and mind, and confidently affirm optimum health and wellness. Its a new world for me and I give thanks everyday that my condition has been corrected. The blessing in my trials however is that, having to work so persistently to improve my health and well-being, its not likely that I will ever take life for granted. Every deep, full breath I take fills me with immense joy and gratitude, being blessed with the stark contrast of where I was versus where I am now. It also reaffirms my confidence in my own power to influence and cultivate my well-being.

"All problems have many solutions and your focus is to pick the best solutions to your problems." This little fact has actually been a trigger for confusion in my mind as I see many options but am faced with the challenge of even knowing what the best choice is. To clear up the confusion, after letting all the possible choices play out in my mind, I simply ask the question "what is the best choice?" then command my mind to consider all of the possibilities and form the most desirable conclusion. As I release it to do as I have specified and go about being happy doing whatever else catches my fancy, I trust that when its ready it'll grab my attention again to deliver the most beneficial solution according to my best interests.

Through meditation I've become much more sensitive to my inner world. I have been really working on healing and clearing myself of internal blocks. I go inside and ask "which part of me needs the most attention right now?" Then I discover the place inside where I feel the most tension. I am predominantly kinesthetic but I also use my visual and auditory modalities to make a picture and a tell a story of whatever I may be feeling. So when I focus on that part of myself most in need of attention and care I relax deeply and clear my mind so that I can allow pictures to appear and hear whatever it wants to tell me. This takes a lot of practice but its getting much easier every time. The lesson says "included in prayer is praise, thanksgiving, gratitude, repentance, confession, and forgiveness." How these fit into my healing meditations: I "praise" my creator for the wonderful wisdom and power which moves the universe; I "give thanks" for having access to this power; I express "gratitude" that I am loved and that I am healing; I "repent" by being willing to let go of and release whatever ailment I may be experiencing; I "confess" through allowing that tense place within to fully express itself and tell its story; And I "forgive" whatever and whoever (including myself) may have had a part in creating the illness. Yes, much to heal, but much is already done. Meditation and prayer has certainly improved my life in indescribable ways.

I like your honesty :) I believe that if we confess our weaknesses they shall become strengths. Your statement tells me that you really do "get it", otherwise you wouldn't feel compelled to share your knowledge for the benefit of others. Its just that more of what's needed is active engagement. But the program, and system has to be properly developed and in place to engage the gears for most efficient and beneficial action. Ideas always start first in the mind then, when projected into, and actively engaged with physical reality, bring about the physical conditions for manifesting the thought. I too can relate to thought projections, at first "in limbo", just hanging there, but allowing for any improvements or clarifications I want to impress. I always get the feeling that "I already have received." Its just that I'm waiting for delivery. In the mean time, while I'm waiting for my package to arrive, I'm working at preparing the best I can to receive it. I'm making internal preparations as well as external preparations. And I'm planning ahead of time how I will care for whatever I've ordered while it is in my possession. That way, when it gets here, I'm confident in my ability to handle it competently and responsibly. And when it finally arrives I am expressing "Thanks!" every day for for it, even as I had expressed thanks for what I was about to receive and prayers for "ruling with wisdom." I also give thanks for all of the correction I have received over the years which has kept my path true toward the fulfillment of my deepest desires.

Indeed, any energy I've projected toward healing others has resulted in my own healing as well; and any energy spent on healing myself has also created healing benefits for those around me :) The more powerfully positive we become ourselves the stronger of a positive influence we can have with others. Positive, healing, loving energy is delightfully contagious.

Remember what Napoleon Hill said... "Within every adversity lies a seed of equal or greater benefit." Ask yourself "how might the adverse conditions of the past actually be of benefit to me today?" When your mind starts to look for all the reasons why your "success gone wrong" stories are actually good for you then you can begin to form positive associations to them. This may take time and lots of practice. But a little bit every day will, over time, create in you an improved outlook with all the helpful things you've learned and gained from the experiences.

Some people who attempt to trade in the financial markets are met with internal resistance. Something inside of them believes its an unethical means of making money even if in their conscious minds it makes sense to do it. Maybe they link it to gambling and they were taught to believe that's bad. There are also those who perceive it to be lacking a true value exchange and so their conscience is opposed to it. Or they were highly influenced by such a person. Its just good to be on the lookout for such things when you're trying to get into trading because if your conscience isn't completely in line with what you're trying to do (for whatever reason) it won't let you have the insight you seek. The Silva method teaches us to look for information that we need in a way that produces the most desirable outcome. Sometimes what you think you desire doesn't match your true desires, especially when it comes to things your conscience may question. Its also another thing to keep in mind when you're working with the Silva method. Its highly effective but your goals have to be true in order for it to work.

Sure. However, if you have any internal objections whatsoever to the financial markets it will sabotage your success. So make sure that all of your reasons for doing so are aligned and resonating with your conscience.

Nice! I actually have been wanting to learn Hebrew just so I can study the Torah in its natural language since there seems to be some discrepancies with modern biblical translations. But to be honest this application we're discussing never really occurred to me until I responded to the previous question.

Learn to read in Hebrew :) which is from right to left (just kidding lol). Really, though... maybe because we're so used to reading things from left to right it tends to program us that way (to see the future to the right and past to the left). I found this a little confusing at first too while I was trying to get things sorted out on my mental screen. It should work itself out through practice, especially since you have already identified the problem as well as the desired outcome. Just stop trying and let it come easily and naturally. Trying too hard tends to push your desired result away so just relax and let it happen once you've set your intention.

Recall that in the Silva Intuition System (home study course), when it came to doing the projection into inanimate objects exercises we were instructed to choose three different kinds of cups from our home (I chose a glass, mug, and plastic cup). Are these not objects that we have prior familiarity with? And yet the main point of projecting into them is to establish points of reference and gain experience which we may use for more advanced projections later. Jose Silva also has talked about projecting into different metals. At first, to establish the points of reference, you know what the metals are. But then later, since now you know what it looks like in your mind, you can try it with mystery objects by maybe having someone hide it in a container, then you project into the container to guess which metal is hidden inside. This was of particular interest to me having been an assayer. My specialty was fire assay which is used to recover and quantify any precious metals in the samples. The main crux of fire assay is that you have to prepare your fusions according to the components of the samples as different minerals and substances (especially sulfur and iron) will effect the chemical processes taking place during the fusion. Much of this you can tell just by looking at the sample. But for what can't be seen with the naked eye its easy to project into the sample, to get a general assessment of the composition, when you have plenty of experience and points of reference to clue you in on the possibilities. That ability had come in quite handy on several occasions. But once in a while we'd get a mystery sample that would stump even the most experienced assayers. When it came to those ones then further investigation (and most likely several failed fusions) was necessary in order to solve the new problem. The point of sharing this story is to impress the need for points of reference in order to have the most success. The more experience you have, the more points of reference you establish with what you're already familiar with, the easier it will be to have consistent success with other advanced applications.

I love physics and chemistry as well! In fact, when I worked for an analytical lab (with a mining company), my ability to mentally project into inanimate objects made me a better assayer. And this was even before I knew about the Silva method. I just did it because I liked it and it came naturally to me. Something about being able to see the internal chemical processes (as well as the components of the samples) in my mind really deepened the quality of my work. But I tend to agree with you. Its much easier to feel motivated to do the exercises when you have a personal reason for doing so. And when you find your "why" it does become apparent that this can be a rather useful skill :)

If you go through the Silva Intuition System home study course it'll take you through the projection exercises. Basically you will go into your level and take an imaginary tour inside of the object. Start by viewing the object (in your imagination) from the outside as though it were floating in the air. Start to view it from multiple angles which you can control by using your hands to rotate the object. Then transport your point of view to the inside of it. Imagine what it looks like from the inside, what it feels like, what the temperature, lighting, and texture are like. Then memorize these imaginary experiences as points of reference for future use as you work to develop your intuition through honing your mental capacities (in this case visualization and imagination). In time your mental screen will be creating such clear and vivid pictures that you will easily be able to access intuitive information through imagination.

My kinesthetic senses are buzzing with positive vibrations. Even when I hurt with growing pains, feeling the pressures of change, when I get that buzzing feeling in my body it is a regular reminder that I'm on the right track. It reminds me that I'm connected to source, to beings assisting me on my path, and to my true purpose. It gives me the ability to feel happy inside even during the discomfort I often experience throughout this wonderful growth process.
