This report lacks the depth in terms of intrinsic and extrinsict findings, even if it's beyond its scope of TOF considering its a RCI which involves tax payers dollars, a learnered panel which is supposedly impartial!!!

The panel findings is as good as saying the fault exist, but because it involves the leadership, the panel deliberately chose not to delve beyond its TOF.

Amazing, It's suppose to be a learned RCI panel!! Makes me wonder.

Perhaps in future, a RCI should be similar like a jury selection of lay persons in the U.S. That way, in my opinion, we can expect total impiality!!

Our world class university students speaks Inggerbish on graduation, that multi national corporations won't touch them with a 10 foot pole, and they all end up in public service (year in, year out) offering world class Inggerbish service!

One gives out forms, the other collects completed forms, then passed on to the next counter to check for completeness, then to the payment counter, and after paying, collect receipt and come back the next day, pass payment receipt to another counter, and collect document 20 mins later at another counter, when your number us called.

World class!!!!!

Been a frequent flier on MAS even before MH 370 and MH 17, and in fact will be on MH 721 and MH 720 on Wed and Friday this week, and on MH 9118 and MH 88 the week after, and more of such flights thereafter (due to the nature of my work).

MAS to me is a national icon, nothing short of good service, renowned hospitality, magnificent first impressions created over the past 50 odd years; that should not be discarded just by reviewing balance sheets, financial analysis and P&L.

The brand, it's legacy and the MAS franchise has tremendous loyalty (eq) value. If new owners are savvy enough to unbundled, that in itself will be 'New Horizon'.

YB Khalid made that statement in his official capacity. Should he not enjoy executive privilege to freely discharge his duties without fear or favour when serving the larger population than an institution?

Mastura should helm the post of MINISTER OF WOMEN, FAMILY AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. She will achieve much, much more, serving the larger population; by leveraging on volunteerism, raising funds from local and foreign contributors (without burdening tax payers) not playing the religious card, free of corruption, demonstrating humility to mankind (without expectations) and teaching 'leaders' how to really lead with virtually nothing!!

Malaysian NGOs, give her all the support!!! She has done far more than a number ministries put together.

A beacon of hope to the destitute.

God a Bless you Mastura!!

Anyone, especially if a Prime Minister offers an explanation of Brazil's colossal failure, should at the very least have sufficient knowledge of the game, line up strategy (years before the game per se...since a lot of the training regime of the team are based on strategy etc...and not on just the result of one game). If that our Prime Minister can't get right!!!

Secondly, Brazil's colossal failure is building a team around 1 or 2 key figures, vs building a team (like what Germany has done).

If you are going offer an opinion, the very least you should do is, know the facts and not shoot from the hips. Malaysia's leadership boleh!!!!!!!

Our constitution now 'appears' to be open to interpretation to any tom, dick and harry, since the very institution trusted to uphold the letter and spirit of the constitution has conveniently found reasons to rule that Malaysia's religious practise is superior to compared to other Islamic nations.

How is it that several Islamic scholars commented that the restriction appears extreme, and have the residing panel of judges qualitatively dispelled the scholars comments as part of their collective judgement? In the absence of a qualitative and substantive judgement (based on this article) am of the opinion that any lay person and sundry can say as he chooses since persecution is when necessary.

Breach of procedures / rules warrants disciplinary action. Why bother with procedures / rules if you are not going to reprimand? Try breaching company procedures in a multi national company or if you are a civil servant with Sgp Govt and see if a domestic inquiry will be forth coming to remove the head for non compliance.

It is amazing Malaysia's Civil Service are protecting non compliance!!!

Don't allow TBH's death be in vain!! Hours prior to his death, he was in the premise of the Government of Malaysia. Hence, if the courts are unable to determine the cause of his death, then it is only natural for the citizens of Malaysia and the world at large to draw its own conclusion.
