FinerMinds : Happy For No Reason By Marci Shimoff - Day 19 Of The PhilosophersNotes Challenge

The best way to be happy is to consider ouselves the creators of every situation which happens to us. (Yes, we are). Since we are the creators, we are happy to create better and better ones, as we realise that it is upon our will. I like the idea of Einstein: considering everything as a miracle. Here lies a feeling of happiness in the background, caused by our amazement.

"to be great, is to be misunderstood" "the art of trying & the art of having a contradictory mind." "thank politely the feeling of guilt for its presence and let it know that you have forgiven yourself & move on". Let us invite the universe to play with with and LIVE!!!

FinerMinds : Secrets Of The Millionaire Mind By T. Harv Eker — Day 6 Of The PhilosophersNotes Challenge

Learning to play to win (vs. playing not to lose). I love that! Especially in a trading activity: it is the first thing to learn, as the results show immediately. Commit to success. Declare to ourselves that we are creating financial freedom (& the little voice that agrees with us) By changing your programming, you change your results. Never complain. Never consider yourself a victim. Grow and your problems will shrink. I am committed to live up to my fullest potential. Many blessings,

FinerMinds : The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People By Stephen R. Covey — DAY 2 Of The PhilosophersNotes Chal

"If we want all the joys of outward success, first we must master ourselves." "Be proactive and less reactive". "Getting really clear on what we want". (I love these wise thoughts, I always enjoy reading them again and again) I realize that I have always honored my committments I made to others, but not those I made to myself. My key learning is to honor my own commitments as well. Another key learning is to create our goals for each role. Thanks to all.

FinerMinds : The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz — DAY 1 Of The PhilosophersNotes Challenge

Many thanks to Brian and Vishen for their brillant idea and their efforts in creating this project. Knowing already about these wise thoughts was not enough for me to apply them all together and all the time. NOW, I feel ready to apply every one consciously by keeping them in mind every moment and act accordingly. I will start from today taking a special care of my inner thoughts, by thinking only in a positive way. (Tthis is what I learn to do as well at the moment with the exercices given @ the "supermind academy"). This is why I am totally committed to adopt a wiser and more positive attitude. Thanks to "finerminds", the challenge becomes more and more challenging. I used to apply and repeat a sentence similar to the one in the 2nd agreement: "Saying something good about me, does not make me higher, saying something bad about me, does not diminish me." The first agreement, corresponds perfectly to my recent will. It has the impact to encourage me to be more selective with the words forming any of my thoughts or talk. The 3rd agreement encourages me to start asking the right questions, instead of relying mostly on what I perceive, even objectively. The 4th agreement teaches me a main point, which relies in accepting that my best (or the best of others) could be sometimes not as high quality. Have a nice day. Jacqueline
