Big Government : Palin: Romney Needs to Work Harder to Win Conservatives

Sarah your time is over. If you really were concerned you would have entered the race, oh wait you might have lost and that would not have been good for your earnings. I don't begrudge you your books and speaking fees, that is the American way, but you should either pick a candidate or just make your money and stay out of it. Of course picking a candidate means taking a stand and not just throwing bombs. How conservative principled are you for backing McCain over Hayworth etc. Tell me what qualifications Rick Santorum has to be President? What has he ever run? What executive experience does he have? My candidate was Rick Perry because he was a successful Governor and after he could not close the deal, I picked another person with Executive experience Mitt Romney.

Big Government : CPAC: Santorum's Missed Opportunity

What qualifications does Santorum have to be President. What has he ever run. I made a decision this year to only support a Governor or former Governor for President, someone who had actually run the executive branch of Government. Unfortunately my preferred Candidate, Rich Perry, did not gain traction with the electorate. The only other Former Governor was Mitt Romney. Romney, while not perfect, has executive experience in Government and in Business. Just think of what Bain Capital does, they invest in failing business's, streamline them make them profitable, if possible, and then sell them. What better criteria for a President. Let's streamline the Federal Govt.

Big Government : Santorum Missed His Chance to Land Knockout Punch on Romney

I am not a Romney fan, actually supported Rick Perry, but we are missing the point on Romneycare, this was a States Rights Issue. Romney has said as much. Santorum has shown me no reason why he should be President. Newt was at one time third in line for the Presidency and blew it. What a dismal place this puts us. Health care is an important issue but the most important is Energy Security, which translates into jobs, a sane foreign policy and strong national defense policy. Obamacare is a distraction and if we run only on that we will lose the election.

Big Government : Perry: 'Are You Better Off Now Than You Were Four Trillion Dollars Ago?'

I would love to see Governor Perry turn to his rivals when they state they agree with him, as all of them even Ron Paul did last night, and simply say, "If you agree with my policies and platform then you should endorse me and drop out". Fox News has gone over to the dark side and abandoned any pretense of Fair and Balanced in this race. The key factors in this race are Jobs, Energy, National Security and Foreign Policy. Energy independence solves all these issues.

Big Government : GOP Debate Reaction Round-up

I wish Governor Perry would go back and reemphasize the Energy independence theme. Being Energy independent is a National Security Issue, an Economic Issue and a Foreign Policy Issue. National Security issue because we would not have to depend upon a volatile region for our security. Economic issue due to the high energy costs in this country. If the energy costs are lower business will return from overseas, jobs created etc. Foreign policy issue because, as the Governor says, we would not have to give money to our non-friends and being able to direct our foreign aid to our friends.

Is it me or does Fox News really, really dislike Rick Perry, he had very few questions, he was not on the Hannity show after the debates, the first time they mention him it is a negative, So much for Fair and Balanced Fox, what a joke. I get better coverage from, god forbid, CNN. I would rate the debate performances as Perry, Gingrich, Romney and Santorum. Poor Santorum playing the gotcha game and trying to look smug, what an a s s. I wish Romney after answering a question, would knock of the, look at me teacher I got it right look. Bret Bair spent the first ten minutes going after Newt and all but kissing Romney. Just an opinion

Big Government : 'The People's Seat' May Be in Jeopardy, and What We Can Learn From It

I am a Massachusetts Conservative, I have heard many conservatives voice their displeasure over Sen Brown, particularly on the DADT vote. He was the deciding vote to overturn it. I called and emailed his office and all I got was the Politically correct response of The Senator believes in the rights of all Americans. BS that is a cop out. I will not vote for Warren but again I will not support, endorse or financially support Brown this time.

Maybe we should boycott all French products. Oh wait this is the new administration, time for us to be americans and tell these worthless so called allies to take a hike. Microsoft could just as easily tell them no and let their computer systems go kaput. Oh wait the Germans did that to the French several times.

Lets be PC about this instead of staying true to its original foundations about Men being the spiritual head of the household we now have to be Politically Correct. As with all things of God when Men or Women, it now appears, try to change what is his will we mess it up. This will probably be the start of the decline of the movement. Read the original intent and stay the course.

Breitbart.com : House Democrats muzzle GOP on sensitive issues

One of the nice things about democracy, if we don't throw it away, is that the pendulum swings both ways. The Republicans became washintonized, new word there, and were thrown out of office. The Democrats by their misinterpreting the desire for change, have become even worse. When people voted for change they wanted less corruption, more accountability, more bipartianship etc.. However by misreading the electorate the Democrats are hastening their own fall much as the Republicans did. After the last several months, if the Republicans regain control of the House I don't see them being too nice the Pelosi crowd of committee chairman, Waxman, Obey, Frank and Stoyer.
