I assume I am middle class (50K+ income), college educated with two degrees, and very-tech literate. However, I have never saw the need to have the mobile web on my phone, with the exception of the wonderful world of GPS. I can update my FB status or make mobile uploads via text. I think my real problem is the mobile web experience. I like large monitors, rich web apps, and a mouse... non of which seem to be available to the mobile web. My bad...
