I don't know why they keep saying that... it is confusing to those unfamiliar with the canyon. 9News reported at 8:30 am at the bottom of the canyon and the reporter emphasized that "only one lane is open in each direction". Stop it. There is only one lane in each direction!

I'll add my thanks to the Xcel crews. Our power was out for 15 hours and was restored much sooner than they had predicted. They work very hard and often in extreme and dangerous conditions.
