Hi , I`m from Egypt Alexandria same city of the victim and i Go to the same Club as her (She was a multi awarded Handball champion) and my sister is a teacher in the same English (british origin) school so i tell you the non biased story as told by her family:

1- The Girl was the Head Girl for many years in secondary school (my sister`s school)
2-she is a multi - medal awarded Handball Egyptian champion.
3-She and her husband are University Graduates academics who has nothing to do with any politics, in other words Normal muslims
4-that guy Alex w. (originally a Russian) was her Niegbour and in breif words he somehow Harssed Her racially for no reason
5-while speaking with her father, her Father Adviced that she don`t contact authorities (Oh so you know the impressions about Europe Human Rights in Egypt or Middle east, he was worried that the case will turn against her somehow)

6- HER GERMAN NIEGBOURS told her he is getting too Much and that he said many things that Marwa didn`t understand which so Racial and insulting (About arab shouldn`t be in German lands)
7- her Niegbours THE GERMANS made a suit against that guy in the Courts of dresden!
8- when days passed and the Court asked for her to testify , the Judges decided that the Guy was to be charged 780 Euros for his racial insults.
