hey Emily, Thank you for following my blog, follow your blog too. Super Nanny show's that being a parent always have choices of how to raise our kids and teach them the manner of respect by showing it to them. consistency and follow through is always effective although it requires a lot of work but in my experience is effective.

I understand what you mean Ani, As parents we should let it clear to our kid of what is acceptable and not and if they test it their is consequence to that action.

I agree with you Shinade, Most of the kids now a days not even understand the word respect. One thing that me and my husbands mission is to raise our kids not with fear but with respect to the elders. To be a parents now a days is quite hard i supposed because the world is getting more complicated and evil we need to protect them but at the same time we need to let them learn using experiences, tough!

Experience is a good teacher -- once you been there you will know that it's not easy and don't want to be in that position anymore. I've never been to that point though and i am in the right mind not to go to their ... i learned to appreciate what i have and don't need to spend..

I agree -- Eating out is another way of expensive spending aswell, the money is not just down the drain but in the bum and belly aswell which another excuse to spend for depression, or lypo for quick fix. Life really needs balance and a lot of thinking.
