DBSI is filing Chapter 11 bankrupcy in Delaware tomorrow, 11/9/08.

Kudos to Venessa Brown and CBS 2! The function of the Press is to report the news, even when a corporation is stone-walling! As an investor, I have waited for more than a month for information from DBSI on my investment, receiving nothing from them but promises and vague warnings to remain passive, to do nothing to protect my investment. The power of the press to expose this kind of callous disregard for DBSI's investors is the media acting for the people, in the best tradition of journalism. I am grateful and urge CBS 2 to stand up to the bullies at DBSI. Please help discover the truth that DBSI refuses to disclose to its investors.
Remember Enron didn't talk to the Press either.

DBSI misrepresented its financial stability, at least, to me and other investors, in order to extract money from us. That lack of honest disclosure of material facts is fraud. They have defaulted in making "guaranteed" payments to me and other investors, leaving us with no viable recourse.
