That's pretty much stupid. How are you going to charge an adult as a minor. Unless they are mentally challanged/retarded which they don't stand trial. A 16 year old knows right from wrong about pointing a gun at somebody. If you charge him as a minor, he would get probation, maybe counseling. Don't get me wrong charging him as an adult and giving him jail time is the same, he will get counseling. Let's look at the percentage of people jail has helped. Don't look at me, I'm lazy at this point so if you want do it and post it, but he will do something stupid again, hell he is already in a gang.
Currently serving myself. I thought they were funny. The thing about it is that the civilian world got wind of it and god forbid, the Military have any fun at all. The civilians convicted him long before anything happened. The brass had no choice but to relieve him. If it would have stayed underwraps and the local news channel didn't pick it up, the Admiral would have said knock it off, especially years after the fact. I would think the statue of limitations had expired on something like that.

This isn't about how they played. This is about a human that got hurt and we all would pray that he is okay. I saw the play and was glad that he was moving when they carted him off the field.
I don't think she will be let back in (just me thinking). She was discharged under the don't ask don't tell which means she gets a RE-4 discharge which means under no condition she gets back in. I can't say what will happen with the courts.
