<description>Angela, Great idea.  I have a question:  would the lottery need to continue until all of the possible chances are purchased?  What would happen to the homes for which all of the chances weren&amp;#039;t purchased?  I guess the participants, the banks, the feds, etc. would have to decide how much of their investment they would be willing to give up.  Any other thoughts? </description>
