just use the redsnow and follow all the instructions there. It looks like your phone was jailbroken, and now it is not.

just use your wifi to connect, disable the wireless provider (or take out ur sim) while you access the the repo. it might be blocked by your cell provider.

i just did everything with out any sim inside. then used the wifi to download ultrasnow - so take out your sim and stop worrying. or dont take it out. it wont make much difference. but i would use the wifi to download ultrasnow just in case your wireless provider disabled the url

BLACK SCREEN on 2G I have spent all day trying to run redsnow on the ipnone 2G, but kept getting the black screen after the first reboot and nothing happened! Well I figured it out and would like to share: do not download the IPSW file that they have on the site to use with redsnow, use the one that iTunes used to upgrade your phone. Don't waste your time downloading the file from these guys, you already have it on the hard disk. For windows vista, it is in c:\\users\\your user\\app data\\apple computer\\iphone software updates\\ just point your redsnow there or make a copy of the file somewhere else. Works like a charm! Don't forget you need to search for bootloaders on google or something. I hope this helps! Aloha!
