Is it true O'bama plans to offer people over 65 a one time payoff payment to cover their medicare expense? If so the plans I sent into Bush, O'bama and several others during the primary run off has been down sized. My plan was to offer everyone one on SS and SSI a one time payoff. The reason for this was so that people could then take that money and invest by starting up a small family business. They would nolonger be living on a Gov Check. They would be tax payers again . They could employ other people or family members.
