West Ham Till I Die : Result: Player Performances v Southampton

BFS is on £1 milliom bonus to get West ham promoted and he will probably do what he has to do to achieve that aim! The style of play is secondary to that of not getting beat. The frustrating part for me is the buying or trying of Players on a trial period and leaving them to stew. They cannot say anything for fear of being left out permanently and just have to sit and hope . As I mentioned previously, does anyone know of what is going on with John George - he looks quite useful.

Don't forget about John George! When does his trial period expire? He'll probably be back in the US before we've even seen him.

West Ham Till I Die : 32,159? No Way!

I was the main contractor when Southend football club had their ground improvements carried out and the then chairman, Vic Jobson asked me to alter the newly installed turnstiles to record 20% less 'clicks'. I replied that this was not possible, and if that was the requirement, then he should electronically turn off the 6th turnstile, which he did. So, registered numbers do not always ring true!

West Ham Till I Die : One to Watch, as the Emphasis Must Be on Adding Greater Quality!

Your'e being daft Celtic, he was played out of position on the left, and I know a proffessional should adapt, but he was pretty solid when he played as right back - he made some good surging runs and crosses 2 seasons ago if you remember!

West Ham Till I Die : Are Behrami and Diamanti to Exit?

Oi!! this is just not fair! When we first signed Spector, he was played at Right Back and did a fair job. In fact, he started to find his feet and played some excellent football through the middle. I know he was at fault in many cases last Season for giving the ball away, but he was playing out of position. Lets ease off on the knocking, ok? he will be a good back-up player - if he is played on the right, that is!

Hi Celtic, I've always been a supporter of your posts and enjoy reading them. Some of the vitriol aimed in your direction has puzzled me, but I thought there must be something going on behind the scenes that we were not party to - the obvious meetings to set up another site has answered that! Matt's constant 'LOL' comments and copious exclamation marks annoyed me because it didn't seem sincere and I wont miss him at all. All in all, the site will probably improve now. Come on Reece - more transfer news required!

West Ham Till I Die : The Triumph of Probability Over Possibility!

The scouting regime in USA is virtually non existent, wouldn't you agree sactown? The local college teams could show our lower leagues a thing or two! An ex west ham youth player (Jimmy Nash) coaches the local college team, and they are damn good. If this is the same all over America, then they could be a force to be reckoned with in 2014. Bring the talent scouts over, West ham!

West Ham Till I Die : Is Christian Benitez the Striker that We Need?

Lofty, can't agree with you, sorry! There's been several goalkeeper mishaps because of the lighter ball, and no way did Green shame us. He did us proud last season enduring a load of Upson blunders and should'nt get the blame when our defence let us down. (Carragher) Capello saw through all that and still called him up, so he can't be all that bad.
