It is a good looking theme. No we NEVER expect you to pay for anything you can do yourself, thats why we post the 'Famous 5 Minute Install' with the hope that people can do this themselves. Your obviously familiar with WordPress and could manage a simple install easily. However some people (mostly businesses) have no idea how to do this and have never heard of WordPress, they just want a clean easy to use CMS. For the £250 they get the usual plugins installed (SEO, Stats etc) and their branding + menu items integrated into the theme for them so its a bit more 'out of the box' rather than them trying to fiddle around with php files etc, as you can imaginge this takes a bit more than 5 minutes.
