Our lawmakers are trying to keep us safe, although the exact provisions of this bill are misdirected......perhaps a better bill would have included the large fines, and the stepped up responsibility for the owners- MINUS the killing off of ALL the pit bulls. It would perhaps be more prudent to punish poor pitbull owners instead of all pitbulls in general.
