Its been a while since I did my digging on this (during runup to first bailout) Comm Reinvestment act was started by Peanut (Carter) but limited. Towards end of Clinton years, Republicans were Passing Deregulation. Billy Bob Threatened Veto, and to avert the Veto Republicans cut a deal expanding CRA. In a nutshell Banks were Deregulated, yet mandated to make a larger percentage of "extremely high risk loans". To facilitate the lenders making such loans the risk was ultimately transferred to Fannie & Freddie. Risk overload finally financial meltdown. Following the money, a large number of the Fannie & Freddie Sr Execs and Bonus receivers were Clinton loyalists and Barney Franks Boyfriend. condensed version... from memory...

Its called chain of command, peon is responsible for his or her actions, site mgr is responsible for peons actions, area mgr is responsible for site mgr, ceo is responsible for all of it. If as the top leader you have no idea whats going on under you your entire organization is bad. And all of this after the million dollar embezzlement, indictments/convictions in what 14 states etc etc... Obviously no moves have benn made to weed out the "rotten apples" once again making it appear entire operation is corrupt. All the way to our leaders who continue to fund this partisan operation with our tax dollars...

What these kids have done is awesome! What happened in DC this weekend is unbelievable. The Momentum has turned! Lets use the Libs tactics against them some more. Lets start by not only boycotting NBC/MSNBC etc (like anyone here actually watches) but widen it to GE and all its subsidiaries... Take it a step further, any Corporation that contributes to our corrupt politicians, boycott them too.... its all about the money, hit them where it hurts.
