en-us https://www.intensedebate.com/users/370076 Comments by hunt501 http://theglennbeck912project.com/2009/06/21/621-north-korea-hawaii-an-update/#IDComment25016425 I was there 1982-83, USAF. at that time Il Sung was the pres. of N.Korea , there was always a state of readiness that the North would break the cease fire, although the war was declared ended since 1953 technically only an armistice has been in place(a cease fire), US. and ROK military personnel have continued to remain vigilant at bases throughout the South and on the DMZ. 38th parallel, the North has always been determined to reunite the North and regain the South, unfortnunately the hard lined communist North will not conform and it's only a matter of when not if direct hostilities resume, the situation now should be of great concern.
