I belive that this is just another business tax that will affect all service oriented companys, and if this type of thinking in our goverment continues we will all be out of business and looking for work [by walking].
Maybe if they would repair the roads right the first time, and use a little common sense we would not have this problem with no money in the budget,
But then this is the goverment and the use of common sense as we know does not exist.
