This is what happens when the PSNI don't do their job. They should arrested her for being drunk in a public place. I can understand the two cops making a mistake and leaving her on the road. All drunks should be arrested never mind laying down on the road in front of the cop car.
For a drunk to go on TV and complain that she was drunk but it was the cops fault for letting her lay on the road. Tramps who get drunk and can't take care of themselves should be put in jail and brought before the courts. Why should the rest of the population have to put up with these drunks.

I remember going there when I was a kid. The place seemed to have lots of swords and pikes up on the walls. Does anyone else remember these? Where are these things now?

I don't know. I suppose it depends on who you ask. If you ask the DUP leadership with their big houses and summer homes in USA you get one figure ask. the unemployed Prods in West or East Belfast you will get a different figure.

Here we go again farmers complaining about money. Since the first world war the Government has poured billions into farming and all it has achieved is very costly fields. Even a small farm would cost about half a million (with a house). Yet these farmers can't afford to live without even more Government help.
Small business and shop owners must be shaking their heads in disbelief. These small business have to make a profit or they go to the wall, farmers just ask for more grants.

So after a full two hours of talks they had to take a rest, no doubt they had to have a glass of milk and a nap. What a shower of wasters.
However, the talks are so important they will start again sometime next week. What a shower of wasters.
