I don't think there currently is any unlock for 3GS 05.14.02.

I am one of the "Unlucky" ones that upgraded to the iPad BB and my GPS no longer works after I used ultrans0w 1.2. I wish I knew that before, I would have waited (I use the GPS on a daily basis).

If you depend on your GPS like I do, DO NOT UPGRADE to the iPad BB.

I'm not sure what exactly is going to happen, but I know that they are working on a BB downgrade method in order to restore GPS functionality on 3GS.

I too have no GPS on my 3G(S).

I try to use Navigon Mobile Navigator and instead of using GPS to navigate it asks me to either enter "simulation mode" or "cancel".

Love ya Dev-Team but GPS is one of the main features on my iPhone.
