I would vote Paul Roma.

I'll come out at the onset and say that I think this is probably a bad decision by TNA. HOWEVER, for the sake of playing devil's advocate, or at least rationalizing the decision:

Looking at the TNA ratings, there remain large jumps on the Hardy episodes. This means that while they're drawing eyes to the product, a large number of those eyes aren't sticking around week to week - they're only tuning in when they know the Hardys will be featured. Given their ages and the fact they're asking for things like creative control, I think it's likely that neither of them would have been working full time schedules under the new deals. With a company as financially volatile as TNA, is what they're getting in terms of rating bumps on the episodes the Hardys are featured worth what they likely would be paying the Hardys, particularly given the hot gimmick and how likely it is that their pay would've jumped under the new deal because of it? Is there enough confidence in the new (old) creative team putting compelling pieces around them that they could've increased that viewer retention had they stuck around?

Now the flip side to this is that conceivably by losing the Hardys, they not only lose those propped up ratings spikes every few weeks, but they also see a shrink in the more static week to week numbers from more loyal fans who tune out because the Hardys walked. But this might be offset at least by the older TNA fans that may have tuned out catching wind that the old creative team is back in place and watching for a bit at least to see how things move forward.

Again, I think it'll be a move TNA will regret, but I think one can at least rationalize it a little bit from a business perspective. I just don't think it's ever smart to lose out on a clear cut draw unless it's spending you into a hole keeping them around.

I don't dislike Ambrose - in fact I really like Ambrose, or at least I really WANT to like Ambrose. I just really can't watch him wrestle. It's just too frantic, too flailing. There's no real logic to it, just him jumping at guys and punching them forever with a couple of moves thrown in. And it's especially frustrating for me having seen him wrestle in FCW and knowing that, as a wrestler, he's capable of much better work, so I think it's an issue of being restricted by creative. His interviews, I don't have an issue with for the most part, although at times I wish he would be a bit more serious and not constantly with the "I don't care" attitude. Hopefully some of that changes with this whole interview and Austin digging at him a little.

The time stamps on the tweets probably point to this being her leaving WWE. His tweet was actually posted before hers, despite the order in which the articles were posted.

Agreed - revisionist history likes to paint Sunny as just a crazy person who got over because she was hot, but if you go back and watch her early work in WWE she was a fantastic manager. She could do promos, her ringside work was awesome (seriously - go back and watch ECW Heatwave '98 and listen to her screaming and pounding the mat during the Candido/Storm match). She is easily the best female manager of all time, and likely one of the better managers all around if you're able to actually be objective.
