Tan Viet is nice but the queues are too long! So many other restaurants in Cabramatta to try instead :)

Hard to say really. I'm actually not the biggest fan of dumplings, I prefer these braised dishes with dumplings on the side. But I've been to Shanghai dumpling in Ashfield which is pretty good.

Mate Dan Muyphys has everything, check it out. There is an organic one from Tasmania, cant remember the name but you have to try it!

Hi Denis, I think you should definitely tie some chicken wire around it. We had to do it for our pig and it was half the weight of yours! Good luck let me know how you go.

Hi Foodmiles. Totally agree with everything you said. We don't do many product reviews, I can't even remember the last one we did but I''ll admit we have done them. At the time we thought it would be a decent product to try when approached, because Linda is a Vegetarian.

In saying that, I'm looking forward to posting more stuff like how to roast a suckling pig!
